General Instructions & Information

• Please fill out the entire form.
• Here is your chance to pre order a special show shirt, in lots of colors, styles and sizes and for a discounted price! Shirts will also be available at the show, but in limited colors, sizes and qtys. When pre ordering a shirt, it will be available for pick up at the show.
• Day of the show…after checking in at the gate, make your way to the registration tent. This is where you will pick up your already completed registration form, car number, goodie bag and any pre ordered car show shirts. Note: The Car Number that ties your car to the show is assigned there. Door prizes are also tied to your car number.
• Judging starts at 8:30 am and ends at 12:00pm.
• Make sure to place your completed registration form and car number in the dash of your vehicle.
• Vehicles are judged on appearance, cleanliness and presentation
• Awards Ceremony begins at 1:30 pm

Pre Registration Closes July 25th. Special Edition Show T-Shirts available until July 19th. The official show t shirt (Heather Sapphire) will be available for purchase at the show.
